Holiday to Surakarta
Last year I went on a trip to Surakarta. Surakarta is a beautiful, unique city in Central Java. Surakarta is also as known as Solo, it is near the cultural city of Jogjakarta.
The bright sun rose in the morning, it was time for me to get up. I got ready and headed to the airport. Our flight from Jakarta to Solo took about 1 hour 20 minutes. We arrived in Solo at the late morning. I met my friends from Solo and ate lunch together. The meals in Solo were delicious. We explored around Solo and took some pictures. I visited some famous places in Solo like the ancient king's palace called "Keraton" I stayed in Solo for only 2 nights so I had to enjoy this wonderful tiny city. We checked in to the hotel room and rested on the comfortable bed. The next day I played in my friend’s house and had some delicious dishes from Solo. We hangout in malls and had such a fun time. That was my last night in Solo so I had fun with my friends from Solo. The next bright morning I woke up early and got ready, we’re going to Jogjakarta then back to Jakarta. We took a 2 hour car trip from Solo to Jogjakarta. In Jogjakarta I visited the famous temple and ate some delicious meals from Jogjakarta. After all that exhausting adventure we went to the airport and headed back to Jakarta. I had such a blast in Solo and Jogjakarta! I wish I could go there again!

WOLF ALMOST EATS INNOCENT PIGS

A few weeks ago, three little pigs were almost eaten by a big bad wolf because the pig's mother told them to live by themselves. The pigs planned to build their house near a countryside. A neighbor who saw the tragedy said "I saw a wolf blowing the pig's house."

It all began when the pigs were finished building their houses. The wolf blew 2 of their houses away but the 2 had a chance to escape. As they went in the surviving brick house, the wolf tried to blow the brick house but he couldn't, he climbed the chimney. The wolf landed on fire. The pigs were so happy, one of their neighbor saw the whole thing. He called the police and the news reporters.

HOW DID THE TORTOISE WIN THE RACE RATHER THAN THE HARE ?

THE HARE & THE TORTOISE was published around more than 2000 years by an ancient Greek aristocrat and philosopher named Aseop. It is a story about a hare wanting to race with a tortoise. At the end the tortoise won because the hare fell asleep. the moral is do not doubt on your opponents. I like this fable because I like the moral in this fable.

Hare fell asleep because he thinks that the tortoise is too slow. The tortoise tried his best to win but the hare was still sleeping. As the hare woke up the tortoise was almost in the finish line, the hare ran as fast as he can but the tortoise won the race.
